What a customer shares

When you open a PinAm delivery link, you can share your name, phone number, Digital Postcode, and delivery notes (apartment, landmark, instructions) with the seller who sent the link. You choose to share them by ticking the consent box before sending.

Your postcode is checked with the NIPOST Digital Postcode service to find the delivery location. Only the location details NIPOST allows us to keep are stored with the seller's delivery record.

Who controls your details

The seller who sent the link decides how your details are used for your delivery and is responsible for them (the data controller). Dankore Software Ltd runs PinAm for the seller (the data processor), under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we do not do

• We do not verify where you live. PinAm confirms the delivery location you choose.
• We do not sell your details or share them with other sellers.
• We do not keep a postcode database. Location details live only in the seller's delivery record.
• We do not store your IP address with your delivery details.

How long we keep it

Delivery details are deleted 90 days after they are sent, or sooner if the seller deletes them. Links that were never used are deleted 30 days after they expire.

Security

Your name, phone number, and delivery notes are encrypted when stored. Access by Dankore staff is limited, requires a reason, and is recorded.
